⚠️ Never close the tab!  wait for confirmation that **ALL transactions are completed before leaving.**

⚡️ Desktop and Mobile Supported: Avoid using Brave. For the best experience, we recommend minting on desktop **using Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox**.

⚠️ Ensure Sufficient Funds: Ensure your wallet has enough funds to cover both the mint price and any base fees before starting the minting process.

⚡️ Do Not Send Bitcoin (BTC) Directly from an Exchange: Sending Bitcoin directly from an exchange can result in losing your funds.

⚡️ Use the “BACK” Button on Our Launchpad: If you need to go back a step, always use the “BACK” button on our launchpad.

⚠️ Do not use your browser's back button as it can disrupt the minting process.<br>

### <mark style="color:orange;">STEP 1: THE MINT</mark>

* Enter your wallet address.
* Choose quantity.
* Adjust the fee amount with the slider.
* Click the 'MINT' button and wait a few seconds.

**\*Opt for lower fees at your own risk; once your transaction is sent, the inscription is reserved for you.**

* Select your wallet (Magic Eden, Unisat, Xverse) and pay directly or choose “Pay with BTC” → Open your wallet, copy and paste the provided address along with the inscription fee amount, then sign and confirm the payment.

**\*After sending the fees, wait for a confirmation page: Do not close that browser window.**

* You can close the browser window. Your inscription will be confirmed on your provided address once your transaction is confirmed!

By using our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, including all conditions and policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Service.

**ArtAtak Ordinal Launchpad** provides a platform for users to engage with individual or collective NFTs (inscriptions) that are created and uploaded by third-party users. **ArtAtak** is a launchpad provider and is not involved in promoting or endorsing any collections or individual NFTs on the platform. We do not take responsibility for any external content, including the NFTs accessible through the Service. The responsibility for verifying the authenticity, legality, and validity of NFTs or inscriptions remains solely with the user.

We do not guarantee the perpetual visibility, availability, or accessibility of any NFT or collection on the **ArtAtak Ordinal Launchpad**. All risks associated with acquiring, holding, and interacting with NFTs on our platform are borne by the user.

**ArtAtak** operates as a **self-custody launchpad**, meaning we do not hold or control any funds or assets. Users are responsible for their own wallets and for ensuring that they are correctly handling transactions. **ArtAtak** provides the platform infrastructure, but we do not manage or store any digital assets.

By using our Service, you confirm that you comply with all applicable laws, including local, state, and federal regulations. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if we suspect any illegal activities or violations of these Terms.

**Users are fully responsible** for verifying the authenticity, legality, and security of any collection or individual NFT they interact with. **ArtAtak** does not guarantee the identity, legitimacy, or authenticity of any collection, NFT, or user on the platform.

**3.1 Collection Creators:**

a. As a collection creator, you are fully responsible for any content you create and upload to the platform. You must ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to distribute and use this content.

b. By creating a collection, you represent that your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights or other legal rights.

c. You agree to indemnify **ArtAtak** from any claims arising from the content you create or upload.

**3.2 Buyers:**

a. As a buyer, you are responsible for any digital assets you purchase on the platform.

b. **ArtAtak** does not guarantee the authenticity, legality, or quality of any content available on the platform.

c. You agree that your purchases are made at your own risk, and **ArtAtak** assumes no liability for transactions made through third-party wallets or services.

We provide no warranties regarding the Service, including those related to merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.

**ArtAtak** cannot be held responsible for any financial losses, damages, or claims that arise from market fluctuations, trading activities, or speculative investments. We solely provide the tool for users to inscribe, and we do not offer financial advice or encourage speculative activities. **ArtAtak** does not recommend using inscriptions for financial gain or speculation, and our platform is intended to promote art rather than serve as a vehicle for financial transactions or profit.

**Users must adhere to all recommendations** provided by **ArtAtak**. Failure to follow these recommendations is entirely the responsibility of the user. In the event of non-compliance, any loss of inscriptions or other associated issues will be solely the responsibility of the user. **ArtAtak** shall not be held liable for such losses or damages.

**ArtAtak** reserves the right to respond to DMCA takedown notices and other claims of intellectual property infringement by removing the implicated works from the platform. If you believe your content has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement, you may submit a claim through our Discord support system.

# Concept

* **BlackBlock** serves as our digital artifac. A symbolic black box like those found in museums, reimagined for the Bitcoin era. It encapsulates generative art, acting as a time capsule of on chain creativity and a gateway to Bitcoin’s evolving digital culture.<br>
* Each artwork within the **BlackBlock** is animated by an on-chain P5.js script using WebGL…no 3D files, no JPEGs, no layers only pure code running directly on Bitcoin<br>
* Our artistic approach fuses generative art with the ordinal PFP culture, blending algorithmic creation with character-driven collectibles.<br>
* Our code is open-source, with the hope of inspiring other creators to remix it, spark ideas, and develop their own collections.<br>

These aren’t static PFPs — they’re dynamic, evolving entities that exist entirely on-chain. **The collection sold out in just one hour**, marking a major milestone in generative art on Bitcoin.
